She nodded slowly. “Yes…” She agreed quietly. She wasn’t sure how she could get over her fear, or if he could even help. She looked up at him. “What do you know about my fear, anyway?” She asked.
“To be frank, it doesn’t matter! I could say you were afraid of power, of the change it will bring, afraid of yourself… but bottom line is; it’s your fear. Somethin’ you have to do yourself, maybe with the help of someone dear to you, but mostly yourself. I’m just a guide here I can show you the path but can’t walk it for you, you dig?” he explained, making various gestures with his hands while doing so.
She nodded. “I-I understand.” She answered slowly. She wasn’t sure if anyone could help her with something that was so intimate to herself, but he was nice enough to give her a clearer view. “I’ll keep that all in mind.”
“Oh ‘n’ one more thing…” He began as he leaned back again, placing a hand to his temple in a slightly weary fashion as everything around them began to fade. “…remember. Making peace with the other Twilight, with the potential you is the key!”
And a moment later, Twilight opened her eyes. She woke up in her bed. It was morning and she felt, oddly, well rested.
She did awake, her amethyst eyes fixated on the ceiling a moment as she laid there. “What an odd dream…”
